The Democratic Party is the party of crime. Where Democrats have consolidated control, courthouses are no longer symbols of the law but of lawlessness:
Joining at least two other Democrat-run states, Illinois lawmakers passed a bill on Friday prohibiting federal immigration agents from arresting illegal aliens near and around state courthouses.
The Illinois bill, sent to anti-Trump Gov. JB Pritzker for signing, not only seeks to prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations inside courthouses but establishes a 1,000-foot “buffer zone” outside of buildings, Capitol News Illinois reported.

Ironically, the Democratic Party is also the party of lawyers. It inflicts lawfare to punish its enemies, including the ICE agents who defend the USA from foreign invasion:
The bill also would allow Illinois residents to bring lawsuits against agents whom they allege violated their constitutional rights, including for due process and unreasonable search and seizures.
With libs on the bench, anything causing illegal aliens inconvenience is a violation of their nonexistent (because they are not Americans) constitutional rights.
California and Connecticut also have measures in place that attempt to prevent courthouse arrests of illegal immigrants.
Fortunately, the Constitution features the Supremacy Clause, which prevents local jurisdictions from overruling the federal government. Even in the event that treasonous lowlifes obtain control of whole states, state laws designed to impede the enforcement of federal law will be overturned by any sensible Supreme Court.
