This past week, two unusual and significant hearings took place in Washington, DC, regarding two important topics. Fortunately, both provided hope for the future.
First, the House Committee on DOGE held its first-ever hearings on Geoengineering. Led by Georgia Republican House Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene, the hearing questioned multiple “experts” regarding the weather and climate manipulation that we are all witnessing with increasing intensity overhead.

The “expert” answers were a mixed bag. While they generally acknowledged the existence of such activities, their general tendency was to downplay the widespread, indeed worldwide, nature of these programs.
Nevertheless, the hearings proved to be a success in that they opened the official Federal public discussion on this serious attack on our planet’s atmosphere and the health of all life on Earth.
In the immediate aftermath of the hearings, a number of large-platform influencers and news sources on social media immediately jumped on the story, and both Rep. Greene and her co-sponsor for HB 4403, the “Clear Skies Act”, Rep. Tim Burchett, promoted the importance of this issue to a large audience.
