President Trump has a warning for Zohran Mamdani, the Muslim socialist who prevailed in last week’s Democratic mayoral primary in New York City and might well become the city’s next sultan.
If he attempts to block the arrest of illegal aliens by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), he will land in jail.
Trump delivered the warning at a news conference in Florida, where he and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited Alligator Alcatraz, a new illegal-alien detainment facility.

Also at the news conference, Noem revealed just what kind of illegals ICE is arresting and deporting: cannibals who eat themselves.

Mamdani: I Will Defy ICE
The crackpot mayoral candidate is at least refreshingly honest. Believing New York City is not obliged to follow federal immigration law, his campaign website promises to “Trump Proof” the city.
The Big Apple, he vows, will be “the strongest sanctuary city in the country. And, his website says, Mamdani will “get ICE out of all City facilities and end any cooperation” with them, and “will increase funding for immigration legal services to provide representation for people and communities targeted by mass deportation.”
After he won the primary, he repeated that promise in his post-victory speech.
He opened the terse oration with a quote from the late South African communist terrorist, Nelson Mandela: “We made history,” he said:
In the words of Nelson Mandela, “it always seems impossible until it is done.” My friends, we have done it.
The Uganda-born Indian immigrant — a naturalized citizen for less than a decade — quickly segued into his threat to break federal criminal statutes.
New York City, he said, will be a place “where public safety keeps us truly safe and it’s where the mayor will use their power to reject Donald Trump’s fascism to stop mass ICE agents from deporting our neighbors and to govern our city as a model for the Democratic Party.”
Frighteningly, his plans — which include freezing rent, “free” child care, “free” public transportation, and a minimum wage of $30 per hour, higher taxes for “whiter neighborhoods,” and purchasing private property to create city-owned communes — sound more like a model for the Communist Party.
