An avalanche of SCOTUS decisions

As the month of June drew to a close, so did the Supreme Court term. As is their habit, just before leaving for their summer break, the court released its opinions on some of the most important and controversial cases.

Let’s look at some of those opinions today on The Constitution Study.

Every year, at the end of June, the Supreme Court goes on summer recess. Just before they leave, they like to drop their most important and controversial decisions on the American people. This year is not different.

For example, can District Court Justices issue nationwide injunctions?

Can parents demand the opportunity to opt their children out of certain public school content?

Do states have the right to limit access to obscene content to adults, even online?

These are some of the cases the court released just before their recess. Today, I want to look at these and a couple of other interesting cases here on The Constitution Study.
