In this episode, I will provide information about a branch of government that some Americans perceive as being out of control.
This branch of government is highly politicized, and its actions are impacting both individuals and the nation’s future.
The Judicial branch, or the courts, is the focus here. Judges across America appear to be overstepping their bounds with decisions on various domestic and foreign policy issues.
There have been multiple decisions that have hindered the ability of the Executive and Legislative branches of government to perform their lawful duties. These decisions have led to lawsuits against the President of the United States, the United States Congress, and others.

Many of these decisions are made by liberal judges who support democratic policies. In other words, it appears these judges have political agendas or psychological problems that are leading them to make decisions not in the nation’s best interest.
Most law enforcement agencies nationwide require officers to undergo mental health evaluations and drug tests since they have the power to take away freedom or, unfortunately, a life.
It is imperative that individuals with the authority to impact others’ lives adhere to strict standards of conduct. Consequently, it is essential that those who possess the capability to deprive another individual of their freedom undergo regular mental health evaluations and drug testing.
Why not require judges and politicians to take these tests? We see judges on a bench who are very elderly. We see politicians in office who are nearly 90 years old. Does anyone really believe that they are at their best? Of course not. Many of these individuals should retire with dignity. And if they do not, require them to take mental and physical evaluations.
