You’d think another Trump term would be great news for the fake news media, right? After all, back in 2016, they feasted on Stage 5 TDS, churning out endless Trump-hate stories. The Russia hoax, sham impeachments—you name it. They pushed the “Trump is evil” narrative, and for a while, it worked. Ratings were through the roof.

But these days that gravy train has gone off the rails. Thankfully, Americans have woken up. They see the regime-run media for what it is—propaganda. Turns out, Trump was never the second coming of Hitler or some raging racist. He was just an outsider who took on our corrupt, bloated, and downright evil government. And this time around, the people re-elected him in a landslide—popular vote and all.
As Elon Musk keeps saying (and he’s right), we the people are the media now. We don’t rely on regime-run legacy hacks—we turn to social media. And the ratings prove it, as this December 2024 article explains.
As 2025 dawns, legacy media are in freefall — their public trust in tatters, their viewership and readership cratering.
The wounds are a result of two factors: First, the landscape the legacy media once controlled is no more.
No longer do the liberal media ecosystems of New York and Washington, DC, set the terms of the national conversation.
No longer do a handful of major corporate entities like ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, the New York Times and Washington Post regulate thought and debate.
Now, the media bigwigs are sweating and losing their positions faster than you can say “fake news.”
One of the best moments was watching iconic TDS sufferer Jim Acosta get the boot. This guy pulled every fake news stunt in the book to land his own show—only for it to flop and take his career down with it.
