Is the erosion of public trust in Colorado’s election intentional?

by Patricia Anthone, America Outloud:

Colorado’s Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, has undermined the democratic process, committing four separate and serious breaches of public trust:

  1. Attempted to remove the Republican candidate from the Colorado ballot in 2022.
  2. Sent out more than 30,000 voter registration cards to foreign nationals last fall.
  3. In August of this year, the SOS compromised the security of the tabulation machines by leaking the BIOS passcodes to tabulation machines used in most Colorado counties.
  4. Perhaps most egregiously, Griswold concealed this latest breach until a record-breaking turnout of early voting was WELL UNDERWAY.

TRUTH LIVES on at https://sgtreport.tv/

Our tabulation machines have potentially been exposed for MONTHS. No one can assure us that they’ve not already been subject to tampering. As the old adage goes, elections are not decided by the casting of ballots but by their counting.

Having compromised the security of these machines, the only trust-restoring solution would be to arrest ballot processing on the security-compromised systems, repeat the Trusted Build, Logic, and Accuracy testing processes, and then re-scan every ballot processed so far. Donald Trump has demanded as much in a formal demand letter sent to Sec. Griswold on Oct 30. See that here:

Instead, Colorado’s Governor Jared Polis has responded to this most recent assault on public confidence by AWARDING the SOS with incremental money and personnel to address the problem by simply ‘closing the barn door’ now, months later, with new passcodes. In Colorado (and likely other blue states), voters are obliged to entrust our ballots to hyper-partisan operatives whose actions serve to subvert the democratic process.

In 2022, Colorado’s General Assembly passed SB22-153 – making the knowing disclosure of information compromising election integrity a Class 5 felony. Griswold was a vocal supporter of this legislation, which Polis signed into law. That this woman is not immediately removed AND PROSECUTED is baffling and outrageous. But CO’s election fubar is not unique.

As we watch in real-time, “glitches” are emerging in numerous areas of the country.

Michigan SOS (D) Jocelyn Benson admits having problems with Dominion Voter systems in a 10/30 press conference. In one instance, tabulation seemed to be an issue when a single voter was attributed 29 votes. While the SOS claims to have remedied this problem, it’s not the only one. Dominion Voter Access Terminals are apparently preventing voters from making certain selections. One voter in Kentucky uploaded a video of his own experience with this precise problem. The specific machine featured in his film was pulled from service only AFTER widespread exposure to the video generated public demand for action.
