Cambridge Dictionary is being blasted by critics online for revising the definition of ‘man’ and ‘woman’ to include people who do not identify with the sex they were assigned at birth.
In his prescient novel ‘1984’ that has since turned into a 21st century “how-to” manual, George Orwell wrote about a time when everything would change, the foundations would be destroyed and meaning and definition of everything would radically be altered. Even the meanings of words could no longer be trusted. In 2022 alone, both the Cambridge and Merriam-Webster dictionaries have changed the meaning of what a ‘woman’ is reflect the transgender abomination of our age.

The plan is to create a legally-protected class of transgender people, which they have done, and in the process of doing so change the definition of what a ‘man’ and a ‘woman’ actually is, happening right now. Once that’s in place, then they pass laws demanding that you comply with these new definitions or face the legal consequences. Now, right now, would be a good time for you to settle it with the Lord what your response to these things will be, and then act accordingly. This war extends to every area and aspect of society, right down to what school teachers are allowed to teach your children.

As for me, I will recognize the two genders God created, and according to my King James Bible that would be a ‘man’ and a ‘woman’ who are ‘male’ and ‘female’ respectively. I will not refer to any biological man as a woman, nor will I refer to any biological woman as a man. You can have all the pronouns you like, but do not expect me to honor them. Transgenderism is an abomination, and the people trapped in it must be prayer for and prayer out of it. Pray for their salvation and show them the love of Jesus Christ, but do not confirm them in their madness.
Cambridge Dictionary changes definition of ‘man’ and ‘woman’
FROM THE NY POST: “Man” is now includes the definition “an adult who lives and identifies as a male though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth.” In the same vein, the updated definition of “woman” reads “an adult who lives and identifies as female though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth.”
Both definitions previously reflected the outdated views on sex, which assumed that sex and gender identity always adhered to one another.
The changes were quickly derided on the Internet, with political commentator Steven Crowder tweeting “Remember, if you can control the language, you can control the population.” READ MORE
Merriam-Webster Changes the Definition of ‘Female’
FROM NATIONAL REVIEW: Merriam-Webster’s online dictionary has caved to the trans agenda. In order to appease woke activists, the dictionary publisher has added a secondary definition of “female” that defines the term as ‘having a gender identity that is the opposite of male.’ The key term here is ‘gender identity,’ which demonstrates that Merriam-Webster maintains that gender is not directly connected to sex. A female is a woman. Trans-identifying males are not female. However, according to trans activists, men can be women.
