The U.S. Air Force conducted an exercise involving the launch of 52 fighter jets from Hill Air Base in Utah, officials said.
Two days ago, President Trump let Iran know in no uncertain terms that he had ordered the Pentagon to target 52 sites in Iran that the United States was planning on hitting is Iran retaliated for the killing of General Qassem Soleimani. Those 52 targets represented the 52 American hostages Iran held captive back in 1979.
This morning, Hill AFB in Utah launched training exercises with exactly 52 fighter jets. How’s that for an amazing coincidence?
‘Completely coincidental’: Air Force launches 52 fighter jets in training exercise
FROM WASHINGTON EXAMINER: Hill Air Force Base launched the F-35A Lightning II fighters over a 10-minute period around 11 a.m. Monday, The Standard-Examiner reports. The 388th and 419th Fighter Wings conducted the combat exercise that sent the jets west to the Utah Test and Training Range to perform various missions.
“LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING THAT IF IRAN STRIKES ANY AMERICANS, OR AMERICAN ASSETS, WE HAVE………TARGETED 52 IRANIAN SITES (REPRESENTING THE 52 AMERICAN HOSTAGES TAKEN BY IRAN MANY YEARS AGO), SOME AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL & IMPORTANT TO IRAN & THE IRANIAN CULTURE, AND THOSE TARGETS, AND IRAN ITSELF, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD,” PRESIDENT TRUMP SAID. “THE USA WANTS NO MORE THREATS!” SOURCE
Col. Michael Ebner, the 388th vice commander, said Monday’s exercise had been planned as a “culminating event” after the two fighter wings received their full complement of fighter jets.
