by Patrick Howley, Big League Politics:
The second day of Keith Raniere’s sex trafficking trial started with the judge dismissing a motion for a mistrial filed by the defense because some first and last names of people were used on the stand, instead of just first names. The judge has shown little patience for Raniere’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo’s trick plays.
“Then there was only one witness today, Sylvie, a branded slave, and some of her excruciating details of how she was a sex slave were brought forward,” whistleblower Frank Parlato, who is inside the courtroom each day, told Big League Politics. “She was a married woman. She was ordered not to have sex with her husband for two years, she was ordered to send nude photos of herself to Raniere. Her mentor and closest confidante was Clare Bronfman” the Hillary Clinton donor.
“Rosa Laura Junco was the coach of this sex slave,” Parlato said.
Only the name Rosa Laura was used in court, but Big League Politics can exclusively confirm that Rosa Laura Junco is the daughter of Alejandro Junco de la Vega, publisher of the newspapers Reforma, Mural, and El Norte.
“Raniere had oral sex with the woman,” Parlato said, noting that although it has not yet come up in trial “the reason he had to have oral sex with her is he’s impotent, he went impotent over time because I believe he contracted herpes and it got worse and worse for him. Of all the people who run sex cults, he was probably the most frustrated.”
“The cross-examination was a one show pony, the cross-examination was Mark Ignofolio kept bringing out all the naked pictures she sent to Raniere and all the times she praised Raniere, pushing the concept that she loved it, she wanted to do this, it was voluntary,” Parlato said.
Both days of the trial so far have seen fireworks.
Accused cult leader Keith Raniere’s trial kicked off Tuesday in Brooklyn, and prosecutors opened the case on offense.
“This was organized crime. Keith Raniere was an organized crime boss,” said Tanja Hajjar, prosecutor, in the state’s opening statement.
Prosecutor Hajjar is making it clear that Camila, the 15-year old Mexican child sex slave who got imported into the United States to be violated by Keith Raniere, WILL TESTIFY.
“The defendant wasn’t interested in mentoring. Instead, he had sex with all three daughters,” Hajjar stated, referring to Camila and her two sisters. Raniere could face more than 100 witnesses. But Raniere’s team also made a strong opening statement according to a courtroom observer, and then filed for a mistrial on what appears to be a bizarre technicality involving a witness using the last name of someone she was talking about. A mistrial hearing is set for 9 AM Wednesday, though the judge has already criticized the Raniere team’s mistrial attempt.
NXIVM whistleblower Frank Parlato appeared exclusively on The Campaign Show with Patrick Howley on Patriots Soapbox (Sunday nights, 6-PM Eastern) to discuss Keith Raniere’s trial, which begins Tuesday.
Raniere’s sex slaves are poised to testify against him, as prosecutors prepare to submit evidence that NXIVM illegally bundled money for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign. Parlato made it clear that Clinton was happy to accept the money. (COURT DOCS Confirm Prosecutors Attempting To Introduce Clinton Evidence).
Parlato described how NXIVM imported teenage girls from Mexico, how the cult viewed Chuck Schumer as a “friendly” Democrat ally, and many other bombshells. WATCH.
Democrat senator and presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand’s family ties to the NXIVM sex cult are coming to light, raising serious questions about her relationship with the cult that she once denied knowing about.
Gillibrand’s father and stepmother, who are second cousins, were both heavily involved in the cult in the period shortly before they got married, according to eyewitness accounts from ex-NXIVM employees who spoke on the record to Big League Politics, and according to court documents proving that Gillibrand’s father Doug Rutnik was employed by NXIVM.
Gillibrand’s father served as a broker between NXIVM cult leader Keith Raniere — whose initials were branded on his female sex slaves — and then-New York attorney general Eliot Spitzer to resolve Raniere’s financial problems with the state, according to ex-employee whistleblower Joseph O’Hara, whose revelations are printed below.
Gillibrand’s stepmother Gwenn Belcourt got “hooked” on the cult as did Bill Clinton’s close friend Richard Mays, according to the whistleblower. Nancy Salzman, the NXIVM president, acted as a personal “guru” for Gillibrand’s stepmother.
Ex-cult employee Frank Parlato — who exposed the fact that Raniere was branding women — is working with Big League Politics to uncover the deep longstanding links between Gillibrand, the Clintons, and NXIVM.
