Rick Rule – Prospect Generators, Uranium, Deep Value

from Proven And Probable:

  1. OK, so it’s possible to make some big bucks dealing in the Uranium market. But I view the Uranium market the same way I view the child sex-trafficking trade for elite pedophiles and murderers.
Nuclear reactors, nuclear waste, nuclear contamination murders children just as bad, but not as obvious as pedo-rapist-satanists.

If we didn’t have Uranium dealings around the world, mines, processors, military interests, energy companies and investors, then we would not have things like Fukushima, Hanford, Chernobyl, TMI, and the list is one that goes on for millions of years into the future. (And our radiation-nuclear future is not a happy one.)

I wonder if Rick Rule could make a lot of money investing in child sex trade futures, would he finally refuse to deal in that kind of death & torture? Or would he claim it’s a good money-maker and don’t let your emotions get in the way of making money.

  2. So, the cost of building a nuclear reactor power generating station, is 7-9 billion dollars, and must be “fueled” with a million pounds of Uranium each year, and the mining costs of that Uranium is much higher than today’s retail price for it. So the price of Uranium should go up to $60/pound etc etc.
Of course, the Price-Anderson Act limits the liability of payouts, to $1B per incident, (even though the devastation can be a trillion or more). And there is not any way to clean up the environment or bring back the dead or to fix all the birth defects and cancers.

Then, at the end of life of the reactor, (even if there was never any accident or contamination), it has to be “De-commissioned”, which can be 10X higher (or more) than the original start up costs (and that’s before you add inflation).

Here’s another thing to consider, is that the standard nuclear energy plant, is typically around 1GW and costs about $7/watt to build it, and another $70/watt to decomission it without any “problems” during its lifespan. So we’re talking a about the costs for the most perfect reactor, is about $80 per watt ($80 billion dollars).

Now the world is experiencing a VAST drop in price for solar energy systems, and the cost of large wind farms is less than $3 per watt to install and there are no big expenses to De-commission a wind tower, and a wind farm can never destroy an ocean, or a nation, or cause radiation damage-cancers, etc.

Bottom line? Nuclear energy is being taken over by the fast growing solar & wind developments. But, the nuclear industry is the darling of military-industrial criminals, and who are connected connected to banks that are part of the military-industrial circle jerks and the centralized energy industry-banks-Wall street (& government approved monopolies), are not really about supplying the world with energy, it’s all about making money for the elites who control the money and want more of it.

The nuclear industry (and investments) will linger much longer than they should, but eventually the low cost solar & efficient-clean wind systems will remove the need for nuclear power.
What will be the time-line for this change? It’s gonna be longer than it should be. But the increasing death of the Pacific ocean is going to become more obvious, and that will help to remove some of the glee & joy about nuclear energy.

Just remember, that a whole house solar system, to make yourself independent, or a smaller system if you prefer, the cost generates TAX FREE SAVINGS, that pays back all your money, in about 7 years, (perhaps less than that), and when you calculate the ROI, your solar system pays you about 8{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} ROI.
With investment returns in the range of 7-8{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528}, who would want to put their money into anything other “investments”?

AND, your solar system is IN YOUR HANDS, (you really own it), just like a stack of gold or silver, just like a private well and septic tank. Just like a garden or farmland. It’s wealth in your own hands. It feeds you, it pays you, and it takes your money out of the tax system and out of the nuclear energy systems, and puts it on your own roof.

You got $10,000 you can lay your hands on? You can sell shares in something to get it? Then you have the solar system installed, and get back all your “investment” in about 7 years and then it keeps paying you every year as long as you keep up with any repairs.

Same as owning a house, car or truck, it’s yours, but you have to pay for upkeep. Does the fear of repairs prevent you from owning a car? Nope.

  3. PS. … Even if my “Wind farm” costs are too low, let’s say it costs the exact same $7/watt to install a wind farm as the start up costs of a nuclear reactor.
But a wind farm does not require a million pounds or Uranium every year, the fuel is delivered for FREE to the wind turbines. Maintenance costs for working on something that is not highly radioactive is a lot cheaper than working on things that are filled with deadly radiation.

Again, the bottom line is that wind power & solar power cannot put out power 100{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} of the time, but in the long run, these won’t destroy the earth, and the price of it is a lot less than nuclear.
Even a nuclear power plant, must be shut down every year for refueling, and for accidents, it might never come back on line. And the financial monster of it, puts money into elite hands again.

Do you really need to have 100{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} power every time you flick a switch (at the risk of contaminating your own air, water and family?)…or would you be willing to put up with a little less power and prevent the damages that nuclear power is shown to create?

For me, the answer is “I want to live, breathe, eat and drink without killing myself from radiation cancer.”
